<p>The importance for each metabolite ratio in classifying samples into ‘good’ or ‘bad’ pre-storage handling conditions was assessed by the average decrease in classification accuracy found in 500 Random Forest analysis iterations (the full names of the metabolites can be found in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0121495#pone.0121495.s003" target="_blank">S1 Table</a>).
