<p>Cell lysates from BEAS-2B cells were analyzed by western blotting with anti-ZO-1, ZO-2 and Occludin (A) and E-cadherin and FAK (B) antibodies at different concentration of CE for 4 hours. The densities of protein bands were determined by densitometry and the data represent a fold change from the control density. The data are representative of three independent experiments.
