Effects of TR activation on glycemia are time and dose-dependent.

<p>(A-H) 12-week old ob/ob mice were treated with varying does of GC-1 (LO, 0.33 mg/kg-diet; MD, 1 mg/kg-diet; HI, 3 mg/kg-diet) and KB2115 (3 mg/kg-diet) (<i>n</i> = 5–7 per group). Ad libitum glucose levels at indicated time points (A-E). Hepatic triglycerides levels (F) of mice after 23 days of TR agonist treatment.
