<div><p>Purpose</p><p>To evaluate postoperative metamorphopsia in macula-off rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) and its association with visual function, vision related quality of life, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings.</p><p>Methods</p><p>45 patients with primary macula-off RRD were included.
