The concentration of BSA was fixed at 5.0 × 10<sup>-6</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup> and the concentrations of SAB/RA (1–9) were 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0, 12.5, 15.0, 20.0 and 25.0 × 10<sup>-6</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. The concentration of Au NPs was 10.0 × 10<sup>-11</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup>.</p
