<p>ND Not detected. Influenza gene M1 mRNA expression in different regions of the brain. Influenza matrix (M1) protein mRNA expression was determined using qPCR in the substantia nigra (SN), hippocampus, striatum and cortex regions of the brain following CA/09 H1N1 infection at 7 and 21 dpi (n = 3).
