<p>Growth-arrested VSMCs were switched to fresh medium containing 0.5% of serum when pretreated with or without PPAR-γ antagonist GW9662 (3 μM), BADGE (1 μM) for 30 min or PPAR-γ specific siRNA for 48 hrs prior to the addition of rosiglitazone (1, 5 and 10 μM) or PPAR-γ nature ligand 15-d-PGJ2 (1, 5 and 10 μM).
