The total number of time-series by habitat-specialist species is indicated in parentheses. The 72 species are ranked from the highest to the lowest percentage of declining time-series. Habitat-specialist species with 50% or more of declining time-series (black bars), and less than 50% (grey bars) are identified. In total, 557 populations declined, 446 increased and 64 were stable (no change). Note that this figure does not show the magnitude of the changes.</p
