PD-1 suppresses IL-2 production by melanoma-specific T cells from TRP1-expressing mice.

<p>CD4+ lymph node cells from Ag-GILT+/+Tg and Ag+GILT-/-Tg mice were cocultured with T cell-depleted splenocytes from wild-type mice and TRP1 peptide or BSA (negative control) with either a PD-1 blocking monoclonal antibody or an isotype control antibody. IL-2 production was measured by ELISA. Columns and bars represent means ± standard error of triplicate samples from one experiment. Data are representative of two independent experiments and are compared by ANOVA with the Tukey correction for multiple comparisons (*p<0.05; **p<0.01; ***p<0.001).
