The effects of atorvastatin calcium(ATV) on modulation of PDGF-BB-induced signaling pathways in VSMCs.

<p>VSMCs starved of serum were stimulated with 20ng/mL PDGF-BB and 10μM atorvastatin calcium for the indicated times (15min, 30min, 1 h, and 2h) and lysed. Lysates were immunoblotted with antibodies.
