<p>(A) SK-BR-3 cells were treated with 20 μg/ml of p37 or control peptide, and 20 μg/ml of trastuzumab for the time as indicated. Cell proliferation was measured by CCK-8 assay. (B) Cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry, and the percentage of apoptotic cells (Annexin V single positive and Annexin V/PI double positive) was determined after p37 peptide treatment for 72 h.
