Tim-4 blocking promoted activation of Jak2-Stat1 pathway.

<p>Peritoneal macrophages were isolated from BALB/c mice and incubated with goat anti-mouse Tim-4 antibody or control IgG at 5 μg/ml for 1 h, then stimulated with 100 U/ml IFN-γ for 30 min or 60 min. The levels of phosphorylated Stat1 and Jak2 were determined by immunoblotting. These experiments were repeated at least 3 times.
