<p>Animal experiments were performed as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0122270#pone.0122270.g004" target="_blank">Fig 4</a>. Expressions of (A) <i>HSPA6</i> and (B) <i>CHOP</i> in tumor tissues were determined by qRT-PCR and normalized to <i>ACTB</i> expression as described in Materials and methods. *P<0.050 was considered to be significant when compared to control (n = 8–10) by Student t-test. (C) Expressions of ATF4 and CHOP in tumor tissues were detected by western blot analysis. β-actin was used as loading control.
