<p>The top ranked Ingenuity canonical pathways resulting from differentially upregulated gene expression analysis (FC≥1.5 and p≤0.005) of the respective co-cultures were compared with each other. Calculation of significance was done by Fisher's exact test right-tailed. Canonical pathways exhibiting significant changes in at least three out of the four co-cultures are depicted.
