<p>After 10 times 10-fold cross-validation, we rank these clusters according the overall score and select the top-ten, which are marked by the red points in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0122731#pone.0122731.g008" target="_blank">Fig 8</a>.
