Expression patterns of Class 1 DEGs, genes more highly expressed in wild type ovules than the fiberless mutant ovules.

<p>Transcript levels were measured by RT-qPCR from a WT (Xu-142) and three fiberless mutants (Xu-142 <i>fl</i>, MD 17, and SL 1-7-1) that were harvested on -3, -1, 0, 1, and 3 DPA. <i>MYB25-like</i> (Gorai.008G179600), <i>IAA 29</i> (Gorai.001G043900)), <i>ABA 8'-hydroylase</i> (Gorai.004G177200), <i>ACC oxidase</i> (Gorai.001G011100), <i>MYB transcription factor</i> (Gorai.013G196800), <i>LTP with a signal peptide</i> (Gorai.008G057100). All RT-qPCR analyses were performed with three biological replications at each time point with five technical replications. The error bars represent the SD.
