<p>PBMCs from pigs developing persistent CSF at 6 weeks post-infection (pigs 23, 25 and 27) and pigs 32 and 33 (non-infected pigs) were stimulated with mock, with CSFV strain Cat01 (MOI = 0.1) or with PHA (10μg/ml) in the presence or absence of anti-IL-10 neutralising Ab (aIL-10).
