Cytokine profile of mice immunized with the DNA vaccines.

<p>Levels of IFN-γ (A) and TNF-α (B) were measured in the supernatants of spleen cells of mice immunized with the DNA vaccines. Levels of IFN-γ (C) and TNF-α (D) were detected in splenocytes of mice vaccinated and challenged and the cells were restimulated with recombinant Sm29, TSP-2 or chimera. Significant differences from stimulated spleen cells of mice immunized with the pUMVC3 control are denoted by an asterisk (*) for p<0.05.
