<p>Co-incubation with polydatin (1, 3, or 10 μmol/L) in HG-stimulated aortas markedly upregulated the decreased <i>PPARβ</i> and <i>eNOS</i> mRNA levels, and reduced the <i>iNOS</i> level in a dose-dependent manner.
