DOIAbstract
<p>A CyQUANT Direct Cell Proliferation Assay was performed on UMSCC25 cells treated with a concentration range of gefitinib and SB525334, alone and in combination. The experiment was performed in the absence (<b>A.</b>) or presence (<b>B.</b>) of 0.3μM AZD4547. The combinatorial indices (CI) were calculated with CalcuSyn Software and are presented in the tables below each graph.</p
