<p>(A and B) Interregion network models are derived from the encoding and delay activation data, respectively. The signal changes are extracted from local maxima of brain activations for each phase (see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0126511#pone.0126511.t002" target="_blank">Table 2</a>). The peak amplitudes of signal changes are entered as the variables. The values alongside the arrows represent the path coefficients, corresponding to the estimates of effective connectivity. The red arrows indicate significant differences between the coefficients of the genotype groups (<i>p</i> < 0.05).
