Distinct Tpm isoforms differentially impact on the elastic modulus of the cell.

<p>Tpm-overexpressing clones were generated by the stable transfection of Tpm containing vectors. (A) 10 μg of total cellular protein isolated from the Tpm- clones was analysed by SDS-PAGE followed by western blotting.
