<p>Four-week-old <i>Arabidopsis</i> leaves were inoculated with <i>Sclerotinia</i> for 3 h and kept under a light intensity of 130 μmol m<sup>-2</sup> s<sup>-1</sup>. Xanthophylls were subjected to HPLC analysis after extraction with pre-cooled acetone. Pigment content was normalized to 100 Chl <i>a</i>+<i>b</i> molecules, except for Chl <i>a</i>/<i>b</i>.
