Effect of GpS on tumor growth in nude mice.

<p>(A) Tumor volume, (B) Tumor weight and (C) Body weight. Xenografting was performed by injecting 10⁶ R6/GFP-<i>ras</i> transformed cells into the flank of each 7- to 8-wk-old mouse. A single dose of GpS at 750 mg/kg or solvent control was administered daily by gavage and the feeding was initiated the second day after implanting the GFP-<i>ras</i> cells. All data are presented as the mean ± SEM (* P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01 versus control) (n = 7/group).
