Replication of R-VG803 and R-VG809 in J-HER2 and SK-OV-3 cells.

<p>(A, B) Growth curves of R-VG803, R-VG809, R-LM113, R-LM5 in J-HER2. J-HER-2 cells were infected at 0.1 PFU/cell (A), or 0.01 PFU/cell (B). The viral titres of the input viruses were determined in the same cell line. Progeny virus was harvested at the indicated times and titrated in J-HER2 cells. (C) Comparison of cell-to-cell spread by R-VG803, R-VG809 and R-LM113 in J-HER2 cells. J-HER2 cell monolayers were infected with the indicated viruses at 0.01 PFU/cell. The percentage of fluorescent cells at 24 and 48 h after infection was determined by flow cytometry. (D) Growth curves of the indicated viruses (0.1 PFU/cell) in SK-OV-3. Input and progeny viruses were titrated in SK-OV-3 cells. Results are the average of at least two independent experiments ± S.D.
