<p>After induction of mucous metaplasia with IL-13, tracheas from WT and P2Y2R null mice on the same 129S6 background were equilibrated under continuous perfusion, and baseline mucin secretion was then determined under stopped-flow and following restoration of continuous perfusion, from subunit ELISAs, per <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0127267#pone.0127267.g010" target="_blank">Fig 10</a> (* <i>p</i> < 0.05, n = 3 or 4).
