Induction of IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-13 expression by AGE-BSA in primary human chondrocytes.

<p>Primary human chondrocytes were incubated with AGEs (1 to 100 μg/ml). The expression of IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-13 was quantified by real-time PCR and western blotting using β-actin as an internal control. Densitometric analysis for IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-13 levels corrected to β-actin is shown.
