<p>(A) The cells were observed under an inverted fluorescence microscope (100×). Panel a, mock-transfected PAMs. Panel b, pEGFP-C1- transfected PAMs. Panel c, pEGFP-ORF5- transfected PAMs. (B) Proteins were isolated from whole extracts of the cells expressing GFP-ORF5 protein and control cells, and then subjected to Western blot using anti-GFP antibody.
