Representative flow cytometry gating strategy of bone marrow cells.

<p>Analysis of hematopoietic stem cells in the spleen and bone marrow of wild type C57BL/6 mice. The single cell population from wild type C57BL/6 donor mice was gated for lineage negative (Lin^<b>-</b>) and GFP^<b>+</b> cells. The Lin^<b>-</b>/GFP^<b>+</b> cells were re-gated for the expression of c-Kit and Sca-1. The nonstained cells and isotype control antibodies were used as negative controls. Each data point represents one mouse.
