RT-qPCR validation of the selected 4 miRNAs expression in A2780s and A2780/DDP cells.

<p>The level of miR-146a in A2780/DDP was extremely low, only accounts for 0.75 percentage of that in A2780s (**<i>p</i><0.05). The expression of miR-130a, -374a and miR-182 was 4.8, 2.08 and 1.28 folds higher than that in A2780 cells (**<i>p</i><0.05, *<i>p</i><0.05).These results showed the consistent expression changes detected by the microarray.
