Species pictures from [<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0127870#pone.0127870.ref056" target="_blank">56</a>]. The letters refer to each sampling location: A = N-Holland, B = Z-Holland, C = Overrijssel, D = Gelderland and E = Limburg. Symbol size refers to the amount of species sampled at that location, while the numbers refer to which species.
