Effects of ST2 antibody on electroacupuncture (EA) analgesia in formalin mice.

<p>EA was applied to ST 36 and GB 34 for 30 min before the formalin injection. The ST2 antibody was given either subcutaneously (A, B) or intrathecally (C, D) just before EA treatment, and paw lifting (A, C) and licking (B, D) times were observed. Data are presented as the mean ± S.E.M. *p < 0.05 vs. the Formalin+EA+IgG group.
