<p>MDA-MB-468 cells transfected with siRNA targeting CLDND1, or a control oligonucleotide and incubated for 72 h in complete medium before being harvested for Western blotting (A, C and D). Where indicated, 35 μM PD98059, 20 μM U0126 (C) or an equal volume of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was present for 24h before harvesting of the cells for Western blotting. Whole cell lysates of the MDA-MB-468 cell line were analyzed by Western blotting (A, C and D). Data in B and E (mean ± S.E.M., n = 3) are quantifications of A and D respectively.
