GB promotes anti-cancer activity by DC activation.

<p>C57BL/6 mice were injected <i>s</i>.<i>c</i>. with 1 X 10⁶ B16 cells. After 15 days, once tumors were well established, mice were treated with GB for 24 hours. (A) Percentage of lineage^-CD11c⁺ DCs in spleen and drLN were analyzed on a flow cytometry (left panels).
