<p>The MDH enzyme activity was measured in the absence and presence of 30 μM HSP18 pre-incubated in the absence or presence of 0.05–0.5 M NaCl while it was thermally denatured at 43°C. Similar assays were also performed with 30 μM BSA alone or pre-incubated with 0.05–0.5 M NaCl.
