<p>Results from ANOVA like permutation tests based on 2000 permutations, df: degrees of freedom, Var: variance, F: F-value, P: p-value, p<0.05 indicates a significant effect. Results for the three age groups 3–5 years, 6–8 years and 9–12 years are shown separately. Local populations from western Norway are: Sykkulven, Gloppen, Lusterfjord and Lindåspollene and populations from southern Norway are Grimstad, Høvåg, Kragerø, Kilsund, Lake Landvik and Risør. The northern local population was sampled in Balsfjord (BA).
