Haplotype distribution in RA patients and healthy controls.

<p>Bars represent haplotype frequencies of IL-10–2849 G>A, -1082 G>A, -819 C>T, and -592 C>A in RA patients (RA) and healthy controls (HC). No significant differences between RA patients and healthy controls were observed. Presumptive low / high IL-10 <i>in vitro</i> production capacity has been described for AGCC and GACC, respectively [<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0130907#pone.0130907.ref014" target="_blank">14</a>].
