<p>svH1C was injected subcutaneously every other day with a dose of 1 nmole/g into C57Bl/6 mice. Peritoneal cells were obtained from 3 animals, pooled, and analyzed by flow cytometry. The bars, in increasing darkness, show populations of specific cell types at day 1, 3 and 5 of treatment, i.e., 24 hours after each injection at day 0, 2 and 4. The markers used to identify cell types are listed across the top of the figure. The total number of each cell type was plotted, with the scale indicated at the top of each cell type.
