<p>H9c2 cells were differentiated for 5 days in a low serum concentrated medium daily supplemented with RA. Both groups, undifferentiated and RA-differentiated cells, were collected and analyzed as described in Material and Methods section. FC>2 corresponds to, at least, two-fold up-regulation of the gene, FC<2 corresponds to, at least, two-fold down-regulation of the gene in differentiated cells with RA.
