Comparisons of serum IgE and cytokine levels in BALF between WT and <i>Gpr97</i>^<i>-/-</i> OVA-induced asthmatic mice.

<p>The levels of the cytokines IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γ in the BALF and of IgE in the serum were measured after OVA induction by ELISA. The <i>t</i>-test was used to analyze significant differences of IL-4 and IFN-γ between WT and <i>Gpr97</i>^{<b><i>-/-</i></b>} group. The altering of IL-6 was analyzed through an ANOVA+Tukey test. The data were normalized to the PBS sample data and are presented as the mean ± SEM (n = 6 animals for each genotype, as indicated by asterisks (* <i>P</i> < 0.05 and *** <i>P</i> < 0.001).
