<p>HO8910 cells were transfected with control siRNA (HO8910<sup>siNC</sup>) or Hsp90 specific siRNA (HO8910<sup>siHsp90</sup>), then treated with or without CDDO-Me for indicated times. The indicated proteins were detected by western blot and the intensity of the bands was quantified by quantity one software (A). Cell proliferation was examined by CCK-8 assay (B, C). Each experiment was repeated as least three times. <sup>#</sup> p<0.05, compared to control siRNA transfected cells.</p
