<p>(A) Reticulocalbin was immobilised to the chip and various concentrations of GST-fibulin-1C was applied at indicated concentrations in buffer (10 mM Hepes, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl<sub>2</sub>, 1 mM EGTA and 0.005% Tween 20, pH 7.4). The dissociation constant is estimated to be approx. 60 nM. GST was also applied to the chip and showed no detectable binding.
