<p>Groups of IFN-γ<sup><b>-/-</b></sup> and wild-type (WT) were immunized via the SL or IG route with <i>H</i>. <i>pylori</i> lysate antigens and CT (SL or IG) or left unimmunized (Inf) and then challenged with live <i>H</i>. <i>pylori</i> bacteria. At three weeks post challenge mice were sacrificed and spleen and MLN was taken for flow cytometric analysis.
