n-3 PUFA-enriched diet protects mice from Con A-induced liver injury.

<p>Wild-type mice were injected with Con A after consuming ND diet or L-PUFA diet for 6 or 8 weeks. HMNCs were isolated and Tregs were identified as above, and the serum and liver tissue were obtained 24 hours after Con A injection.
