Signal detection thresholds (<i>re</i> each CI listener’s median, synchronous C threshold) are plotted as a function of stimulus. Three protected band conditions were tested at a masker level of 30% dynamic range (DR): (A) ±3, (B) ±5 and (C) ±7 electrodes (EL).
