Primers and probes used in this study.

<p>¹The nucleotide numbering refers to the numbering from the Tohama I genome [<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0132623#pone.0132623.ref019" target="_blank">19</a>].
