<p>The aim of this study was to examine the relationships among the person-organisation fit, organisational commitment and organisational citizenship behaviour. The study was based on a sample of 200 employees, with the return rate of 60% and the usable return rate of 54%. Correlation and regression analyses were used to analyse data. The results revealed the positive and significant relationships between the person-organisation fit and organisational commitment; person-organisation fit and organisational citizenship behaviour; and organisational commitment and organisational citizenship behaviour.
