<p>Size and polydispersity index (PDI) were determined by dynamic light scattering with histograms shown in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0133154#pone.0133154.g002" target="_blank">Fig 2</a>. Zeta potential was measured at a pH of 7.4. Size values represent the z-average diameter. Size, zeta potential and siRNA entrapment values represent the mean ± s.d.
