<p><b>(A)</b> The inverted screen test of muscle strength was performed on mice 3 weeks (POD 21/22) after injury with a cut off latency of 120 sec (dotted line). SNI mice had a shorter latency to fall than uninjured mice in Trial 2 only (p = 0.0002).
