TGFβ stimulated EMT in HaCat cells.

<p>(A) HaCat cells cultured for 72hrs with TGFβ1 4ng/ml became elongated, lost cytokeratin and induced FSP-1 expression consistent with transition to a mesenchymal phenotype. (B) Culture with TGFβ1 also led to induction of both <i>SNAI1</i> and <i>SNAI2</i> mRNA maximal with TGFβ1 2 ng/ml and consistent with fully evoked EMT.
